How fast is my server ready after purchase?
Installation starts automatically once your payment is confirmed and usually takes under 45 seconds.
Can I change my plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan in the panel at any time without losing files.
Where are the servers located?
In Warsaw, in a Tier III data center (Equinix WA2) connected to EPIX and PLIX — ping from Poland is usually 2–5 ms.
Minecraft
Is there a slot limit?
No — player slots are unlimited. The real limit is performance, i.e. RAM and optimization.
How often are backups made?
Game servers are backed up automatically every 6 hours to external storage. You can make manual backups at any time.
Payments
What happens if I don't renew my server?
The server will be suspended and then deleted after a grace period. Renew it in time or download a backup.
