Services are billed in prepaid periods. All invoices and your payment history are available in the client panel.

Renewing a service
You'll get an email reminder before the billing period ends. Renew the service in the panel with a single click next to the server.

After the due dateAn unpaid server is suspended first and only deleted after a grace period. Renew early so you don't lose data — and keep your own backup.
Discount codes
Enter the code in the order summary, before paying. Current promotions are announced on the homepage and on Discord.
VAT invoices
Fill in your invoice details in the account settings. For business billing questions email thunderhost.biuro@gmail.com — we reply on business days within 24 h.
