Installing from the panel

  1. Make a backupInstalling a modpack replaces the server's current files.
  2. Choose a modpackSearch for the pack and version in the modpack installer.
  3. Wait for the installLarge packs can take a few minutes.

Your own modpack

Upload the pack's server version (Server Pack) via SFTP and set the matching server software and Java. Remove client-only mods (e.g. minimaps, shaders) from the mods/ folder — they can crash the server.

RAM for modpacksPacks with 200+ mods usually need 8–12 GB. Too little memory shows up as slow starts and freezes.
